I think it’s safe to say that one of the BIGGEST passions I have, one of the most IMPORTANT things in my life, is Leadership.
Honestly, the desire for our planet to have REAL, Genuine, Honest, and LOVING Leadership gets me out of bed on a daily basis to work harder each day then most people would ever care to do.
Yes my friends, I am completely in love with leadership. And not only that… but I’m in love with helping OTHERS find a deeper essence of leadership inside themselves, a deeper quality of GIFTS they have to share with the world, and a deeper FUNCTION they can meaningfully fulfill with their lives while living on our wonderful planet.
Today’s video was inspired because I think its time we RE DEFINE what it means to be a real leader. I think it’s time we as a collective human SPECIES really step up to the plate and STARE the challenges facing us in the face, and answer the calling almost all of us are hearing to CHANGE THINGS, and become TRUE LEADERS on this planet and for future generations.
This is about more then just business, although I can tell you right now the most successful people I know are also the most powerful LEADERS I know.
Leadership is a responsibility, it’s not just a title… it’s something you WORK FOR and EARN based on your own merit, your own growth and development. The FRUIT of leadership is the realization that we are all interconnected, and that your actual BIGGEST JOY in life will come from helping out the “WHOLE” of our world rather then just yourself.
These qualities, and more, I will share in today’s discussion on Leadership.
I am going to talk more about this in the future, but today’s training is going to focus on how to become a ‘Next Level Leader’ in your life, your families life, your communities life, and in the world you live in. Here’s the video…
I strongly suggest you think about this in ALOT of different ways. Many of the topics and concepts I’ll present today have profound implications on how we live. This is about business, but it’s about far more too.
Business is really just a VEHICLE. What you DO with that vehicle is what makes all the difference in the world. I believe that our world is calling for more passionate, caring, inspired, and LOVING entrepreneurs who want to use business as a powerful force to SOLVE problems existing in the world, and GIVE BACK at a scale previously un precedent in our selfish human history.
Not only this, But I feel that if things don’t change much sooner, and a new level of leadership and responsibility does not step up to the plate in our world… it could mean incredible damage and suffering on the generations to come for our collective laziness and lack of human accountability on a global scale right now.
In any case, what you make of this information and becoming a true leader is up to YOU. I leave with you my thoughts and feelings today on this subject, and you can decide what it means for your life.
However heed these words…
Leadership is ultimately one of the highest levels of development we can embody in human form. All top income earners who experience amazing freedom have developed this quality of leadership. It’s not optional in the world of success 99% of the time.
But what I’m suggesting today is that there is MORE to leadership then simply financial success… and you can become a TRUE leader, and make a TRUE difference in people’s lives TODAY. There is no reason to wait a second longer when it comes to YOU becoming a true leader…
And the people who take on this responsibility, and move into this NEWER and HIGHER level role of ‘Empathetic Leadership’ are poised to be the ‘Greats’ of our industry and of our times. I see the writing on the wall… and I’ve love for us all to move in this direction together.

Plastic IS Babylon, my friend! YEs. IT should be recycled or banned. Phyto Estrogens from these toxics, among other scary things are causing MAJOR freekin problems. FOlks need to Wake up and DO SOMEthing. I am going to a town hall meeting tomorrow about flouride in our city water (been there since the 40s yikes!) YEs, we are all connected. everything. Connected even to the air and rocks and tables and chairs that are made of energy, too.
We all need to step up and be active in caring for each other fully and our MOther Earth. Tread softly, people and have deep respect and admiration for our beautiful planet…

This is more of an environmental rant than a talk on leadership. Sounds like you had a lot of indoctrination on the environmet. You made the mistake of many uplines in network marketing. You said to be a leader but with no blue print on how to be one, or what to do to be one.
A programmatic approach would have been more helpful. It’s what I did as a political organizer for 10 years. I named the names of those doing wrong and laid out step by step what governmental leaders needed to do to solve problems similar to the one mentioned in your passionate video.
With so much plastic in the ocean, I see opportunity: all that free plastic can be recycled. But, it’s not profitable to do it now. However, if the government would change the tax and credit laws to make it profitable, businesses would be flocking to the gyres to get the plastic out. Let’s say that Obama used only 10% of the $800 billion bailout to the crooks and thieves on Wall St. and used it to create an Ocean Plastics Recycling industry, for example, there would already be ships out there cleaning it up.
So, here is one program: call your U.S. Senators and Representative, and tell them to vote for a Ocean Plastics Recycling industry. Don’t let them lie to you that there’s no money. They voted for 12 trillion dollars in total bailouts to criminals in the last year and a half.
I always look forward to your videos and find them inspiring. But, although I admire the passion, this one was…, well, different.

I am the person meant to expell the PUSH in the butt stuff, to get people to see a deeper vision
for themselves and awaken to a higher calling, and a higher reality.
Each role plays its part. We need people with detailed plans so that inspired people can get
behind them and add more energy TO THEM.

“Leaders need followers. A lot of followers. But you do not want to be a follower either. Solution? Be a Leader and the follower in one. Lead yourself to relevant education receiving with your mind, sending it directly to your heart. Let your heart sort it out for you as your heart will never lie to you nor it will ever deceive you for it is the only defence mechanism against evil and deception you have, given by your birthright.
Once you know the truth of your heart, follow it by taking full responsibility for your actions, being accountable to yourself and to the Universe you are an unseparable part of. Become a Leader and the Follower in one”

Well said Jonathan – be ACCOUNTABLE for our own lives is something that hits home with me.
About 1 1/2 years ago – when I was unemployed, clinging to every last dime in my savings account, and wondering how I was going to provide for my family… I had to take a step back and ask myself “what got me here?”
Answer: ME.
It wasn’t about MLM, or my upline, or my boss, or the company I worked for. It was my inability to ACT and be PRODUCTIVE.
We all have that seed of greatness inside of us, we just need to tend to it again and again until it blossoms.
