I just want to say that your videos and insights always have impeccably inspirational and on point.Watching you on video and reading your emails makes me feel really in tuned with my surroundings,and life good or bad.An understanding of what I have been trying too accomplish in my life and what it all means for me and all of us. you have helped me to stop admiring the one beautiful tree in the forest and see the beauty in the entire forest…I feel like you are me from the future speaking too me about all that you have learned after some pivotal point in your/my life changed the results you are getting compared to mine.
I am and have been in some hard times for some time now and started to feel like a failure that cant seem to get results.Yet im still been on the vacuum example you have and refuse to give up even though I feel like I might die if I don’t get results fast.you helped me keep my eye on the prize and know that my future is going to be OK because i see my self in you everyday.

Good info…but you make way to much money to have lousy sound in your video’s…buy a $150.00 Rode Mic and your set Johnny, so it won’t take away from your message. The sound is everything in video. It will make your message that more powerful.

Great insite, never thought of things that way. I truly needed this information & will start working on the internal self, too bad someone in my earlier life didn’t provide this information, it would have eased alot of painful abuse and I would not have buried it in subconious.

Man, Jonathan. That was excellent! It totally changed my way of thinking. If I had seen this video last year, 2011 would have been my best year instead of my worst. I’m seeing 2012 in a whole new light. Looking forward to your training next year.
Well Jonathan what can I say…thank you! I’ve heard similar teachers put in the context of having a proactive mindset, but after hearing you present it as “being” there is definitely something about that word, that description that make it so much more powerful. I think it’s because it invokes one to align their whole being instead of just a mindset. I see the “being” and developing a skill of being the complete sum of it all. Having a proactive mindset is one facet of being.
Anyway thank you for speaking from your wealth of knowledge. I have been following you for several months and appreciate how you are always “present” when you speak on video or send emails. It is a testament to the hard work you put in developing your self.

Very interesting take here Jonathan. I think you definitely have a valuable insight here. It’s not what happens to you but how you view and ultimately respond to the event that will determine your outcome.
That reminds me of a quote I look at fairly regularly that is from Charles Swindoll, “I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% how I react to it. And so it is with you….We are in charge of our attitudes.”

That was powerful. I mean seriously. The way that we are being and the way that we look at the things that we create and that come to us is huge. In my opinion, it’s everything.
Like you said, if we look at the things that happen to us (good or bad) as a way to learn something new, nothing will derail us. We’ll just keep moving forward and go to what’s next.

As someone left homeless at the age of 39 due to addiction, I understand what it’s like to be faced with insurmountable odds. Having the staff at a crisis center ( a “lock- down”) speak about my life in terms of which homeless shelter they would me send me…let’s just say, my entire life depends on having a creative, not reactive approach to life. Now 6 years sober, I have had no family support, so the holidays are true opportunities to grow and stretch and search internally for gratitude. Accepting that the things I can’t change, while still having the courage and humility to ask for some help as I take personal responsibility for the rest of my life has become my most important life skill. I’m speaking to about 200 guys tomorrow night in a prison in Newark NJ; I always tell them to think about the rest of their lives when they return to the little room in which they currently reside. A sober life always begins with an internal shift…long before the external manifestation…
It would be impossible to list or quantify what I lost… The story is just beginning… God bless…thanks for sharing!

I have always known that eventhough the gurus seem to dangle carrots and have you envisioning the 5-star vacations and maserattti while entering your credit card details, I know that it’s gonna take hardwork. But I also realize that the rewards that follow such hardwork and skill acquisition is well worth it in the end.
You ave spent weeks on end working on projects and going on such a trip as you are going is so cool man.

There is a mind police… its me. I constantly monitor the thoughts that bubble up and when negative I squash them by placing an imaginary balloon around them and burst it
Positive self talk or flipping the switch by replacing negative thoughts with positive mental images works for me.
Positive pleasant images that are associated with positive emotions are very positive.
