  5. Brilliant reminder…
How can you achieve anything if you are not in the game taking action! yOU MAKE TOO MUCH SENSE SOMETIMES…
The recent video series by Joseph McClendon the 3rd on the psychology of activity, really drove it home.
Eban Pagan’s recent video where he expalined that he uses a technique he calls “enevitability thinking” where he makes it a must do thing, scheduled in with deadlines etc.

Another quality post. Those on the court playing the game don’t have the luxury to wonder what everyone thinks of them. It is those in the stands that have that luxury but the price they pay is their own success. I have heard a lot about you from my friends Josh Wexelbaum and Robert, look forward to meeting you at the no excuses summit.

  24. Jonathan – Awesome content my friend. You totally nailed what I needed to hear. Thank you. It’s funny I just uploaded a YouTube video about just taking action where you’re at with what you have, just before I saw your email. I think it was more for myself than anything else, but your video totally strengthened and expanded that to a new level for me. I needed to hear this.

  27. It’s hard to imagine how synchronicity works at kicking your butt.

I was watching a World War I special on the History Military channel when I came upon this post. I muted it to listen to you, but I was reading the muted text on the TV simultaneously (I’m a multi-tasker).

At the very moment you were talking about how nothing will happen unless you get off the couch and join in the ACTION, the WWI subtext was telling me how an entire “Trench Effect” was undermining the Allies’ movement on the Front. It seems like guys got to realize how SAFE and COMFORTABLE it was underground, so they did everything they could do avoid leaving the trenches. They smoked, ate, played games… all the while the action was tearing up the battlefield. They even made deals with enemies entrenched nearby. They’d both coordinate times to shoot in the air and throw some hand grenades around to make it appear to their superiors like they were fighting instead of hiding out.

Upper brass got wise to the stalling and sent trainers… mentors of sorts… to teach the soldiers the importance of getting out of the foxhole and onto the battleground when the time was right. They coached them to throw a hand grenade, shoot their rifle in the direction of the enemy. Throw a rock! ANYTHING at all so long as it got them out of hiding. And,they counseled, if they remained hidden and inactive, their mission would be prolonged and they’d ultimately put themselves at bigger risk from an emboldened enemy.

The parallels continued and it was a pretty amazing experience to be hearing your monologue while reading this subtext and seeing old newsreel of guys hunkered down, jokin’ and smokin’ and avoiding the ACTION taking place all around them.

I guess my takeaway was this: Don’t get comfortable with small successes. Stay inconsolably grieved at not achieving your greatest… your highest and most significant ambition. It doesn’t need to be money or fame, but that thing that really defines your passion in life. Until the, throw rocks, break sticks, shoot in the air… but TAKE ACTION to get where you really want to be. (PS: no hand grenades please!).

Thanks Jonathan for a high-voltage jump-start to my own stalled mission!

    Aloha Jonathan,

I just want to say thanks. A month a go I was ready to take action and then something took me for a spin. Since then I’ve been looking at things for myself and not just follow one person. Your video has given me back that passion I lost. Transition is hard but I’m back on track and about to attack. I’m humbled.

Thank you for doing what you do.

  31. John,
Hello, I am 35 years old living in California. I have known long ago that online marketing was the answer to financial strain vs a 9-5 job, but I have realized I have been doing it wrong now that I’m a new enrollee in 7FigNetworker. I’m also a musician, been one since the age of 4. My girlfriend is the breadwinner of the household, so any programs or learning videos bought are from her income. I appreciate you having free options to learn and grow, all I’ve ever wanted was to be pointed in the right direction. You have made it easy to make it from rags to riches with some hard work and consistensy. My question is, how can I market my product & talent to where I can eventually get my girlfriend out of having to work so hard, retire her and for her to experience more freedom? Just a pointer or 2 would be appreciated. I shun those that always doubt, talk down on the successful and remain in the same spot all their life. I admire successes, I always congradulate those that make it before me, because deep down inside I know I can do this. Money is slow, but I’m not going to rely on excuses to get the job done. I don’t mind rolling up my sleeves and doing whatever I can to make it. I’m preparing myself for videos, by taking pics, practicing on my webcam, I have a marketing coach(chad mageau) helping me out with getting started. I’m taking amazing notes from the 7FN website, it’s a vast amt, but I want to soak in all I can.
Thanks for giving a damn enough to share easy basics with others, and allowing the wool of incorrect marketing to be removed from my eyes. I have young ones I want to leave a legacy behind for them to pick up and carry on after me. I don’t want to waste my life away when I know deep down inside I have a real mission to fulfill. I feel I have a long road ahead, but I have confidence knowing that I’m headed in the right direction. Again, Thanks. People like you John, should have your wings awaiting you when you reach heaven. Continue to do good and spread the love and priceless education. And when the time comes, and my brain holds a little more knowledge, I will make sure to use what I know to help someone else out.

    • Hey Robert,

Honestly, the next step is to really find some LONG TERM team mates and personal mentors you can partner with. Do not be distracted by short term things…

Focus on LONG TERM assets, like building your own LIST, establishing your own marketing centers, and working with LONG term companies. Some really good people to partner with would do wonders, as well as staying committed to all the processes you will learn with us. :) Make it happen my friend! You can do it. :)

    Your Message Hi Jonathan
your mesaages are good but the information I need you say you can supply but at a very high cost. And your cheap website offers like $7.00 dont give a huge amount of information. I love most of your info but your prices are to high for what you offer. If you were a bit cheaper I would love to have you as a mentor. As I live in Australia and the exchange rate isn’t that great. Can you do some deals for people like me who live Australia, so I can take my business to the next level.
    Regards
    Ralf

    • haha, Ralf… you need to re evaluate your perpections there my friend.

I have just about the LOWEST prices in this industry for ANYONE coming from my current place of experience, knowledge, and background.

I’m basically teaching people how to make MILLIONS of dollars a year, from scratch, in under a few short YEARS if they follow what I DO, have done, and continue to work on even more.

I advise you to change your philosophy on money boss… because not only do we have A LOT of customers from Australia who don’t think that way, but it’s likely you will never create much money in life if you view it the way you do. Education is the most VALUABLE thing existing in the world. Without, you have nothing, will be able to do nothing, and can not advance. If I charge $997 for a mentoring program that teaches you a skillset worth 10x more college degrees… you should JUMP at the chance my friend.

Hope this clarifies things for ya a bit… :)

  37. There’s only two types of people in this world.

    1. Those on the sidelines
    and
    2. Those in the Game

It’s a good know that I’m in the game but I’m just in the game at my own level.

Yes, we need to listen to that voice inside our head and take action on it. Intuition is truly something that we all have inside of us that we should not just acknowledge but also appreciate AND allow it to come through us. It’s to our advantage…I agree.

  39. Jonathan
This is so important and I really feel that I have been there in the past. Not being in the game sucks. You think that you are there but you really aren’t. But when you get into the game and you go for it, so much changes. Things just happen because you’re there. It’s so funny but it’s true.
