My friends,
I have a rather special post today. You see, it’s been a pretty emotional few weeks. I highly doubt it’s over, as I’m still facing many new challenges testing my energy, strength, and endurance… but out of many recent challenges I faced, this video was born.
I got the idea for this video, because I wanted to talk about what it REALLY TAKES to keep you going through the toughest of times, and the most daunting obstacles. I wanted to get past the ‘Surface Motivation’ that so many of us seem to have, and really hit upon what is 10000x more powerful then surface motivation. I do this by sharing with you my own story, of what keeps me going through even the toughest times when I don’t know If I’m truly able to do it.
After you are finished watching this video, or during it, there’s something special I want you to do…
I want you to LEAVE the BIGGEST reason you are building your business, spending your time learning new goals, researching how to succeed, and developing yourself into an entrepreneur.
Tell me WHY you are doing it. I want you to leave your Intentions, and your most meaningful reason so that you voice it to YOURSELF, you clarify it within yourself, but you also voice it to the WHOLE community… thereby giving it more power, and holding yourself more accountable.
Lets use this blog, as a way to etch into HISTORY your deepest goals… so that you will never forget, and never stop pushing forward to achieve them. The power of this is tough to put into words, and I can’t wait to hear all the amazing intentions, aspirations, and love filled GOALS I’m sure you all have for yourself, and your families.

I’ve always loved your mindset…it always come from such a righteous place where your intention is always pure and good, but I must say that you’ve outdone yourself this time, Jonathan.
I think the most important lesson you always convey is that the road to where we wish to go is not always straight and/or easy and that who we must become to push beyond these “obstacles” is what truly determines our success in any endeavour.

Jonathan Budd, kind man, I am about to order your product and I want to tell you something important. This feeling I have, right now, is the same feeling I want to create for others who may later seek help from me after what seems an eternity of never ending days searching for the caring, giving soul who could help and be there in their need. That ability to finally hold that glass of (cold, mind you) water you are providing, to one who is stretched out in the hot desert sand after seeing so many mirages. Alas, here you are, as I imagined you would be, accessible, full of heart, and willing to share your water with me, so that I may live on and share mine with others.
My kids have abandoned my dream and have no vision for themselves. They see only my tireless efforts with no rewards. They were born and raised surrounded by real joy, love, imagination, beauty and creation. Along the way, through some bad experiences they’ve lost many things; hope, belief, inspiration, perseverance, gratitude and discipline. They equate money with happiness and that’s one of the lessons they will learn on their own. Money can’t buy happiness, but using one’s love and happiness can earn the money necessary to live. I, like many others have survived on just enough money to get by. But my mindset has changed. Now the sky’s the limit. I want to share with everyone what I have learned and bring joy into people’s lives. And I need money to do that. More is more. I want to show them the world. They only have known the belly of the beast lately. They deserve health, wealth and happiness, and love. And so do I deserve it, and so does everyone deserve it. And I hope I am on the verge of attaining it for myself, for them and for others who ask for it.
Your Message My basic desire is to survive.I am nearing retirement and am starting all over,I would like the financial independance to enjoy my family and friends. I would like to be wealthy, that is not the same as rich. That is the short version of my desire’s.

We the world acted like a disney character had died, or some in human uncapable of dying had died.
It was interesting how the world, stopped and reflected on their own mortality by seeing this legend also succomb to the natural order of things. I have had the priviledge of hearing your formlessness talk already, so this talk is even more enlightning to me.

I want to leve a legacy not only my generation but the others to come.People cant look for retirement plans in there future anymore.Nothing is promised but once you fall enough you will have learned how to get back up.And as far as Marketing Business goes i believe in something i once heard a long time ago.It may be scarry at times but it is important to be like the baby bird.Who jumped out of the tree and grew wings on the way down.
Since I’ve seen for the first time the movie “The Secret-Law of Attraction” I completely changed.From then I realized that there is a “God” in everyone of us and we don’t have to wait to fall from the sky because we make our own destiny.
So now I’m very happy with my life because I know the truth,I know that if something bad happens it’s because of me and imediately I can change that bad situation.
What drives me forward everyday is becoming someone special,someone who deserves to be remembered for the things that he does to the world.I don’t know exactly how am I gonna do that but I’m sure that I’m special and I have something greatness in me that screames to get out from me into this world and when the time will come I will be there to act.

Jonathan, I love your way of thinking and expressing your feelings. I had a wonderful life with my husband until he passed away in December of 1998. I thank God that I have such a wonderful family that are trying to help me get through my financial situation, but I don’t want to bother them with my problems. I want to be financially secured again and be able to help the ones in my family that are also going through difficult times. I want be able to afford traveling so I can visit them more often and I want to gain enough knowledge to be able to help others who would love to be able to work from home. I have spent thousands of dollars since 2007 on many programs to help me build my internet business. I’ve had many set backs that didn’t give me the time I needed to really study the programs, but I’m not a quitter and I will continue trying. My plans are to really dedicate every minute I can to make my Internet business successful. I don’t waste money on things I can do without. I’m selling many of my valuable things just to help pay the bills and I’ve had to cancel some of the programs that i never had time to use. I don’t want to sound like I’m complaining. I’m grateful for all I have. I find peace when I’m working in the yard and my garden and so do my friends and relatives.
You know a lot about me now, Jonathan. Do you recognize my problem? I do have a stubborn streak and spend a lot of time trying to figure out how to do something myself before asking for help. Perhaps that’s my problem. Thanks for sharing another wonderful video.

After listening your message I took a look to the deeper level of my inner self, and I then I saw that similar to you I don’t know why I am doing it, but I can’t quit.
I believe there is a Universal Mind and Universal Consciousness that have to evolve, and so have I as a part of them. This is my truth.

Hi Jonathan,
I want to let you know that I agrees with you on many levels. I am a baby-boomer and I have experiened a lot of things both in business and personal. With a few( maybe more than a few) disappointments along the way. I not where I invisioned I would be,many years ago, so I continue to find new and interesting things to try to get where I want to be. I want to retire in 2 years with the ability to help others in business and in life. With no kids, the maternal instinct is in overdrive. My problem has been lately that too much information and not enought time to act on most of it. You have been a great mentor and I hope you continue to mentor others like have me.
ahh, my friend! The choice is YOURS between taking action on information… or continuing to over consume.

Motivation for me is to being able to give freedom and life to the ones I love, I desire to have my wife not work, I desire to keep my kids in private school, I desire true freedom to enjoy this life and all that is has to offer. I am up 4:30 every morning sacrificing sleep to give my family security, and Freedom to live the lives they truly desire, their joy is my joy and that motivates me. On top of being able to give my family the things they desire, not just money but time and love, but being able to support ministries and charities that help people and lift people up.
True Freedom ultimately rest in my Lord Jesus, I am not evangelizing here, just giving my take on true peace and true freedom, this life is but a blink and we need to look beyond it.
Live Life with Passion and Purpose, it is a gift don’t waste it.

In all honesty it’s often difficult to look beyond the material desires, especially when finances are a source of struggle. So I commend and thank you Jonathan for yet another awesome teaching, and for inspiring us to search within for the truth!
When I really look within I’m constantly brought to the realization that all truth lies in the divinity that’s within each of us. Connection to the true Source that is my essence is for me the key that will bring me love, peace, and joy. Once I’ve achieved that state it will emanate from me, as it does from you JB.

Thanks Jonathan! So why do I do this? At first I was motivated by the “idea” of the money and living a lavish lifestyle. Hey Jonathan, thanks for all you do – and especially this message, that was just in time for me
I remember reading one of your message on the Warrior Forum a few years back (I printed it and refer back to it whenever I feel a little down) talking about the power of intention.
You’ve come a long way since then, and its truly beautiful to watch it happen.
Anyway, I want to create freedom for myself on all levels, because it will force me to become the Best I can be and thats when I’ll have the most to offer to this world…when I’ll do things by choice and not just because everyone else is doing it, or tells me to do it….
I’m still figurin out what my purpose is (I believe finding your purpose is a process of both creation and discovery
), but it is clearly and w/o any doubt centered around a number of concepts:
1. total freedom (mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually as well as financially…on all levels)
2. Bringing Passion to my life and the life of other people
3. Evolution (how one can evolve to the “next level”)
…so its still unclear, but I’m working on it and I’m definitely on my path there
BTW, your own purpose (living the TRUTH) is totally a freedom act…and I’m just begining to dicover this…it feels pretty good
I really look forward to you sharing your own intentions (I know you have a Huge Vision).

With all honesty, that is some of the most enlightening and powerful messages I think an individual has shared with me. I feel empowered. Thank you.
I sometimes find it difficult to express my thoughts in articulate ways. However, your message is an indeed response to my inner thoughts, feelings and the perhaps the reason I was put on this planet in the first place. Often feelings deep inside of me communicate to me an unfinished task. All I can say that it makes the blood in my veins simmer. As I was encouraged to share my thoughts to the community I do want to announce three words…disclosure, truth and openness…
I also want to bring forth the prevailing message communicated to Neal Donald Walsch in the book Conversations with God… ”Ignorance is the Greatest Obstacle to Your enlightenment.” That is perhaps the one thing that I believe is on of the most immense challenges we face to the ensure the survival of the human kind as specie. However, I am an optimistic by nature and choose to not live in fear. For that, life is too beautiful and too valuable.

Awesome message Hakon! Truly awesome… and I so admire that feeling inside you because it’s the same one in me. That always guides me to really SEEK what is real, what is true, and not stop until I find it! WIthout a doubt, it is the ONLY thing that matters to a human being, at our deepest levels, is waking up.
ONly when our lower needs aren’t met… do we have such a focus on them. Immediately upon them being met we are freed to introspect, ponder, and look around us, which inevitably leads every human to the conclusion “What is beyond this sense world” and “what am I really.”
It’s just a matter of time before EVERYONE asks themselves those 2 questions. And the answers are nothing short of FANTASTIC.

As usual Jonathan, you’re right on target. I’ve been with you for over a year and a half now and still appreciate your insights.
I believe when we are in the service of our fellow beings, we are in the service of God. That is why we are here, maybe that’s even why there is suffering in the world, as then we are given the chance to show what we are made of, what we are going to do to alleviate that suffering and step away from our own selfishness.
I cannot count the number of people on Twitter and other sites that have asked for my help in overcoming discouragements, perceived failures, the ups and downs of life. I always answer to the best of my ability and keep in contact with these people. They genuinely want help. When I am helping these folks out, that’s when I feel the most at ease, the most fulfillment as a human being.
So all that being said, I intend to keep on this track, to continue to lift others up and point them in a new direction, to teach others to dig deeper and grow deep, strong roots of faith.
I intend to be a true philanthropist and give most of my money to build a better future for the earth, for all people. I feel a special connection with the native American peoples and their suffering.
Yes, I also intend financial freedom for my family. My husband is a lobsterfisherman and that is an extremely hard and dangerous way to earn $. We have three daughters and I homeschooled them this past year, devoting a lot of time and energy to that instead of business building. But that’s ok. The future is our children and when you give of yourself for the life of a child, you are building for the future.
I guess I have rambled long enough! Thank you again for all you do, for all the frustrations you have gone thru in the past few months. I’m sure you (and we) will be blessed because of it all.

Thanks Jonathan for offering so much value in your videos. I could relate to what you said and it really resonated with me. I do have times when things just don’t go the way I want them to and I have to remind myself to just not give up. I want freedom and make a difference in this world help people break free and live the life of abundance. Its so easy to become caught up in things that don’t serve us and being in nature or doing yoga is one of the ways I feel centered and balanced again so I can move forward on this journey of life. I am going to take a hike now since it looks like going to be a nice sunny day here in western mass. Look forward to your future videos

Wow … What a beautiful post. I understand exactly where you are coming from and you are definitely speaking to the inner me. I have never written down my true intentions for fear of them sounding ridiculous and because I still find myself searching for my true purpose in life.
Why do I want to create freedom for myself?
I want to be able to do whatever my heart desires whenever I want to, and not be limited due to financial, time or any other constraints.
Why am I on this planet? What am I really here for? What am I meant to be doing?
I have yet to figure out what I am supposed to be doing. I want to be shown what vehicle I will be using to live from my place of truth. To live a life filled with love, purpose, inspiration and creativity. It may sound selfish but I want to leave a legacy behind, to make a difference. To help start a wave of hope, love and inspiration to heal the world. I want all of us to believe that “There’s nothing that can’t be done. If we raise our voice as one.“. We should stop seeing ourselves as individuals and realise our interconnectedness and embrace our differences with no prejudice and above all with love.

This is my first introduction to Jonathan Budd. What an inspirational young man! I couldn’t beleive how well spoken you are and at what appears to be a very young age!!
You surprised me, I assumed I was being canvassed by some sales pitch and then got instead this really inspirational speech!! Wow! Who are you anyway?!
So, you asked… What am I really here for? what am I really doing? Wish I was sure.
I have two children. I have left, at least for now a teaching career and wish to make a real difference in the lives of my son and daughter. I wish to attain a sense of financial freedom so that I can be an amazing teacher to these little minds, and so that finances don’t limit what I can show them about this world. I think that travel, exposure to new cultures, and ideas, and experiencing life on so many different levels is what will really make my children into empathetic, caring, strong, dynamic citizens who will be able to implement change in our world. That is my “why!” I want to be able to show the world to my children, to share with them to beauty, the sadness, and the hope that exists in this world and the people in it. I want to show them that people are so different and yet so basically the same everywhere, and like Jonathan said, even the poorest man in Africa or the street person in Vancouver deserve love, compassion and a chance at something good. I want them to see the essense of people, of humanity and live to make the world a better place for all. That will be my greatest contribution to this world!
Your Message
Wow! Jonathan what a moving message. Your meaning in life goes so deep and is so strong. You are a part of all life forms on this planet. Me I’m not sure what my purpose or my truth is. I’ve been strugeling to make sense out of my life. I hope the reason I was put on this earth is to help every human being be happy and to end all suffering. But I don’t know how to obtain joyousness and freedom.for myself. I strive through service and dedication to my business to find a sense a fullfillment and meaning in my life and I hope I can spread joy and meaningfulness to others.
A Lexus bonus would seem an unlikely motivation for someone who doesn’t like to drive that much (that could change too). The Lexus has always appealed to me, but now this bonus would represent to me an income level that would free me to give a lot more to our church building fund and other projects. It especially symbolizes the ability I find for helping others reach their initial goals in our business, and the blossoming ability to express my true potential for leadership. It would ultimately mean freedom to live with better options for my family and with debts being paid off. So, this one desire seems to sum up the start of a new lifestyle, in sharp contrast to what we have now. I will not give up on this vision of unlocking the potential of myself and others. Thank you Jonathan, for your part in helping set me on a good path for purposeful, abundant living.Thanks for this opportunity to firm up my vision and declare my intention. I see now that I’ve been on the right track in focussing on the vision ahead, instead of just the desperation to find short term solutions to our problems. It is so true that we need internal drive, rather than just momentary motivation for immediate results.

Very informative video, as are all of your videos. I’m very impressed with your sincerity and the truthfulness of content. I believe that deep down inside we all know your message is true and correct for all of us on individual terms.
As a musician, songwriter and music producer, my goals are self-evident by title. I want to bring good music to the world and I need resources to do so effectively. Forget greedy record companies and the exorbitant costs associated with Big Business. I became an independent artist only after having beat my head on the impenetrable wall of our deplorable Music Industry for years. I know what “used and abused” means personally.
My goal? To produce the best music I can for my fellow man. Music is the Universal Language and the Language of the Universe – to me anyway.

I have always had a passion to help others. The more I live, I learn how fragile we are and how interdependent we are with everything and everyone. With so many cultures, here in Canada, times are getting more difficult. Economics isn’t helping either. However, in believing, and knowing that I have helped so many of my students, I know that I will continue to education and ease some of tomorrows burdens by continuing to learn and share new and required knowledge so people are not kept in the dark with regard to marking personal choices about their health.
Being aware of the many varieties of Preferred Learning Styles, I will continue to develop my skills so I can continue to help others live a life with less stress. This all starts by understanding ourself. Knowing that how you are perceived may not have been your intent and that through using effective perception checking skills, your true intent will be clarified. Some people and cultures see perception checking as being disrespectful. Our world is a sensitive environment and so are our personal worlds.
I hope to share techniques and skills that I have learned during my professional years of teaching. Being dyslexic, myself, I have stumbled, gathered myself up, and taught the skills that made learning easier for me. I have had many students, years later, show their gratitude. I know that by working towards personal harmony, we will develop stronger self images, stronger families, and sustainable communities.

The world is such a beautiful place, and it renews itself every day through divine design. Yet politics is inserted and forced down our throats when we know it is wrong. At least we can vote and hopefully show someone the real truths. Even that is exasperating because our politicians are so on the take to perpetuate their own selves. What we need is for every man to be able to live free and prosper. That is where generosity of heart comes from and to know that we are losing that ability through immense legislation and bloated government means that many humanitarian efforts of individuals may cease. I want to be a philanthropist. I want to help people all around the world who cannot help themselves for one reason or another. Some in our country need to step back and take a deeper look into motivations and not just listen to slogans and then see broken promises and less than mediocre leadership. Unfortunately many good leaders do not even get the chance because of our sycophantic press corps and the ability of the current leaders to destroy a good person before even getting to the podium. This is the best country ever on the face of the earth and our people here are the most innovative the world has ever seen. we have the capability to create vast sums of wealth but where does it go? Soon we will be just like any other European country with only the upper class of rulers, no middle class and that leaves the rest of us, unless smiled upon politically, to serve the powers in charge. Then we will not be able to help anyone but ourselves and that will be very limited. My vision is to wake people up to see what is really happening and try to make a difference. They think they can ‘Control Things’ forever. Its a very dumb thing to think, and they will soon realize
that when control no longer works.

I am a Jehova Witness…and we believe the best way to follow our Lord Jesus Christ is to go door by door.
In such a way we comply with happiness with the two greatest comandements…Love your God Jehova with all your heart and force and all your soul…and second love your neighbord as well you love yourself.
For that reson my wife for 29 years and myself have made a commintment …that we want to sell our humble business to devote our lives to expand our ministry…and reach people with our salvation message(we believe that the Armagedon is inminent) we offer good news to people that are suffering lots of bad sitatuations…we made them visaulize what is like to live in Paradise.
But in order to do that I need to replace my income with other stream of income…and I pretent to that ONLINE.
For me answer the call for more preachers made endure challenges …like…being at the brink of being broke for expending my money unwisely…for you to know I have spent more than $25K dollars in courses and memberships…and most of them have been wasted…in top of that I am a 56 years old Hispanic and learning technical things are very hard for me.
We have vowed to live simple lifetyle but with dignity in order to fulfill our goal.
For that reason helping others with high level of integrity to realize their goals in life…so they have have a good standart of living and become good persons…we will have the income we need to be independent and serve Christ in better ways.
I want to let you know Jonathan that even though I admire your techinical skills …what I admire most of you is your Integrity and you spirituality.That was the main factor that attracted me to you.
My motivation is to help people to realize their dream the best way I can be able to do that…and do not worry about money because doing that the money will follow smoothly.. and flow to you.
Finally I beg all my friends here to excuse my bad English…I am trying to do my best to learn fast.
