True leadership is one of my most PASSIONATE topics in life. And something I’m sure you’ve noticed just like I have… that is DRASTICALLY lacking in a lot of areas of life. And often times ‘Success’ actually gets in the way of true leadership.

I am totally in sync with you on this, just watching the t National Geographic videos about space, time, speed and the infinity of the universe has given me so much, just a few days ago, now you are telling me that I am in the right place, going in the right direction! My next step is to teach my fingertips to do their job properly and consciously! They are so eager to learn how to do the right thing to keep going on this path that you are showing me!

BRAVO…BRAVO! Such a DEEP and MAGNIFICENT perspective which more [people] should adopt, in my opinion. To have such an insight at your age, and the ability to present it in the manner you do — is impressive! I personally believe that “What goes around…Comes around.” Too many people think “I” “I” I” and then wonder why they are alone or are not successful in everyday life and/or business. Even more disturbing they blame innocent others for what they negatively created. Enough on psychology101 for now.

That was truly powerful and it make complete sense to me.
When you talked about how everything that you have in this world, the money and success and when it really all comes down to it, you really did not create it. That you are not the one responsible, that hit home for me because I never looked at it that way.
We are not the ones that create the success because of how so many other things in this universe has happened to put it here and now. if one little thing was different, everything would be different.
That is a big thought and I am thinking I need to spend some time on it.

while I certainly agree that one does not need to identify with anything other than his own self-awareness, and also that the qualities of leadership indeed should be respect, the ability to allow others to have their own viewpoints and an understanding that no man is an island; he must understand and support all forms of life, as well as his fellow human beings and the material universe, infinity and the idea that it all started with “Cause” from which one is assisted in his survival. But I do believe that we are each individuals with perhaps embody the same potentials but hardly the same as every one and everything else. That would prohibit change and progress toward a better future and we would be guilty of the biggest identification in the universe. In order to progress we must accept responsibility for all of our causation’s and our participation from the beginning of the first cause. (surely you had something to do with creation throughout time–look at the 7 figure system) We must know that we are individuals but that our survival depends on how we further the survival of all of our symbiots. Being responsible for being an individual is much different that having an ego. When one nourishes the ego he is living only on one dynamic and ignoring his involvement and benefit of all his other dynamics (ie., family, groups, mankind, all other life forms, the material universe, life force and infinity or the first “cause”) and this is what creates a downward spiral in our business culture and society as well. So yes the new leadership will understand that for any of us to prosper we all have to prosper and his decision will be based on what is the greatest good for the greatest number of our dynamics or the inverse; what causes the least harm to lesser number.
