I just absolutely LOVE Eckhart Tolle’s Power Of Now Book, as it states in such Crystal clarity exactly what it takes to REALIZE The Power Of Now.
There is SO MUCH POWER contained in the now. Yet most of us live our lives stuck in our heads, trapped in either the past or the future. We completely miss this present moment, this unbelievable beauty and majesty of the moment, and we trade it away for anxious thoughts about the future, or remnants of the past.
Quite simply, if you want to access your PEAK POTENTIAL, and live a truly fulfilled, amazing life… then you have to come into the NOW. You have to Realize the power of NOW.
And this video is dedicated to clarifying this concept, and giving you more insight into what it means to live in the now, and what are the things that PULL us away from the now. Once we can free ourselves from the limiting beliefs, and the limiting perceptions we hold onto… we can TRULY step into our power. We are filled with more energy, more clarity, and far more peace in life.

What a powerful message. Most human beings are programed to base there experiences on the passed or the future. I wonder if any one ever explored the reason: “Why?” The reality is that we all have to live in the moment and coop with what ever is happening at the time. Sounds so natural, yet most of us need to reprogram ourselves in order to be able to truly live in the moment and experience it for what it is.

I own that book, I love that book and the message is incredible. The first time I read it, I didn’t really get it…probably because I wasn’t ready for such profound truths. I later found it in my library and ate it up like I have never done with any other book. I sometimes struggle with living in the now but every time I find myself unhappy or stressed out, I hear Eckhart telling me to stop resisting the moment and the circumstances and come back to this very moment. It works every single time to alleviate stress and bring me back to a place of joy and contentment. Truth is…right NOW is truly the only moment that exists.

It is definitely so true that most of us live stuck in our past or grasping blindly onto a future we cannot know and we end up wasting all the NOW moments. It creates a wasted life and living this way stunts our growth and potential. We actually rob ourselves of a productive and happy life, and it’s true too, that once we have knowledge and revelation of the TRUTH, nothing or no one can prevent our blessings, to live in the NOW is to live in the will of the creator and the blessings will flow. Your Message Great message JB! In the beginning I would move back and forth from being in the now to back to living inside my head. It felt good too be in the now but I could not always go back there when I was out of sink. It was like “how did I get there before?” It was meditation and reading such books as The Power of Now that have helped me achieve living in the present daily. WooHoo!
