Can someone give me the first steps to get going.
I have been reading the emails but now I want to get going.

If you are getting the Mastermind Boot Camp it leads into the MLM Mastermind System which will show you how to get started using a quick start guide there is a 2week trial for $1.00 believe me it is well worth it its all easy to understand video training I am just getting into my 2nd week myself, my suggestion is to take the trial under the person that signed you up and contact him for added help also join the forum for any additional help,hopfully this helps you out
