Letting go of all attachments is my biggest lesson at the moment., since it means practicing unconditional acceptance of all that is. I am in the process of doing away with old deeply conditioned, conterproductive beliefs,emotions and habits.

The only thing I would add is that you can also let go of each non-self-serving thought just as you can let go of everything else in your life. Once you control your thoughts your whole life will change.

My personal experience is that when I meet people that can’t let things go, I find that they are the most closed in and selfish people on the planet. Why would anybody wanna be a part of that scenario. Gotta let it all go!!! People that will not let anything go, are like people that might have heard the music, but will never learn to dance.
