I have been meditating for about a year and a half now, and it has been the springboard to my AWARENESS.
Meditation really does “retrain the brain” and allow you to realize that we are not our thoughts, but rather the OBSERVER of our thoughts. When I came into that awareness I was able to observe my thoughts and therefore change them. Thanks for the post! One Love!
