Warrior Training: Cultivate ‘Inner Reflection’ & End Unconsious Reactions. (true life mastery)

Today’s video is a warrior training.  I go further into explanation of the “type” of warrior I’m referring to here (plus why it’s so urgent to your financial success), as well as how to cultivate literally the most NECESSARY skill to achieve a true level of LIFE & emotional mastery.  Trust me, you need this. :)

Today’s true warriors are not ones of violence, or force like we’ve seen in the past.  No no my friends… the warriors of today are warriors for FREEDOM.  They wage battles on the plane of BEING.  They conquer emotional lies, defeat sabotaging thoughts, tame out of control reactions & behaviors… Yes, these are the TRUE warriors of today.

And it’s high time you JOIN the fight for your own Freedom of Awareness.  Unbeknown to most… they don’t even have freedom of awareness.  Their thoughts, emotions, & thus behaviors are controlled from their subtle “Social Conditioning” which has been with them their entire lives.  Because they’ve never been able to observe how their entire life’s worth of conditioning effects them… they seldom even realize it IS their conditioning which largely determines how they think, feel, and respond to the world. This largely defines the current state of man kind.

Quite frankly, this is no longer acceptable to me.  It’s TIME we free ourselves from the vast influence of our past “Social Conditioning”.  It’s time we consciously CHOOSE what thoughts, emotions, feelings, and REALITIES we’d like to entertain for ourselves.

It’s time we CHOOSE how to perceive ourselves.  Rather then being illusionary victims to our insecurities, to our limiting beliefs, and to all the negative thoughts we may tell ourselves about ourselves & the world… It’s time we CHOOSE to see ourselves as LIMITLESS, POWERFUL, & AMAZING beings… it’s time we see ourselves as the unadulterated pure MAGIC of the universe that we actually are.

It’s time for MAN to reclaim his natural heritage as a being of pure possibility… a divine being… a being of unimaginable splendor.  That’s what I’m here to remind us all of.  Enjoy today’s video… & share it if you’d like to spread the message.

Yours In Mastery,
Jonathan Budd

  13. My gosh JB, you had me mesmerized! This is an outstanding video post, and really got me thinking about so many things! Thank you for bringing these things to my attention.

I’ve gotta say that I had a little trouble with your term “stalk yourself”, as I have been stalked before (more than once) and it is NOT a good feeling. However, if I take the emotion out of it, as you suggest, then I suppose stalking myself to see exactly what I am doing, and why I am doing it, is a good thing! See, your advice is working already! :)

Thanks again JB, it’s not wonder you are as incredibly successful as you are! I love your passion! It’s contagious!

I was a fat guy all my life, then one day I thought I was having a heart attack. They took me to the ER and checked me out, it turned out to be a panic attack. But that day I decided I am fat pig I need to change NOW. So I prayed and fasted for two days, I just ate a bit of fruit and lots of water. I was over 220 and at 5 foot four that is huge lol.
Now thanks to God I am 152 and my waist is 33. I did go down to 142 but that was too light.

That was awesome. I LOve that ‘stalking’ is the word used for what I’ve always referred to as ‘I’m going in’. I will often say “Im goin in” when Im in quite contemplation of myself and in a mind space of just being. I LOve spending time with me. I have since as long as I can remember been a dreamer and a thinker. ‘ You have to weed your garden’ is a saying I have had forever and refers to the things in your exsistance, internally and externally ( your garden ) that are toxic or suffocating (weeds ) to your life.
The whole energy thing is something I wish my X husband could grasp. You’ve got to pick your battles and the energy you use when you have an angry emotional response to an issue is massively draining on your whole being. So for me the only battle worth giving that type of energy to is if someone harmed my kids.
Thank you for putting the technology of today to very good use. The tools available now for teaching and learning are massive and all at your finger tips. You can share your knowlege and your energy with little effort still knowing that on a scale of percentages, you have seeded positive growth and energy to a huge number of people.
I believe without doubt, that philanthropy of all that is good, no matter how big or small, is a virtue we all should live by.
So thanx heaps Jonathan for your time, resources, knowlege and energy you are giving and sharing. You are by virtue a philanthropist

  22. Hey Jonathan I couldn’t agree with you more about taking the time to observe and craft a response, rather than reacting and expending precious energy. Attach to things that are happening in the moment and let go (detach) when it’s no longer there. It’s a wonderful way to live in peace but it takes a ton of self-awareness to master.

    Good Morning fellow Warrior,
Its amazing what happens when the student is ready the teacher appears. 2 weeks ago I would not have had an interest in your video. I just returned from Enlightened Warrior Camp Training in BC, Canada. We were taught everything about what you spoke about. What I learned in 5 days you wrapped up for me in less that 30 minutes. Since coming back to the “real world” on Monday, I feel I have been able to live in the present and I also have been challenged on a friendship I hold dear. I came to discover after your talk that she does leave me feel empowered and I plan to let her know that. I appreciate learning something new from you as well, stalking oneself. I don’t think that term was used in camp, but i think it will be a statement I use in my own mind now to help me remember to create the “space”. Thank you so much for your gift of this video and I plan to share it with my fellow Warriors and hope it wraps things up for them as well :)

  32. Well put Mr. Budd! I really liked the part about controlling one’s thoughts. I’ve been involved in personal development for a number of years now and it is an overwhelming theme in almost every author and guru’s teachings.

Good summary of classic 1970s Carlos Castaneda ideas mixed with a touch of Zen Buddhism and an adaptation to the money making game. It may however be an open invitation to those hell bent on winning the money game, alas, it is a game that cannot be won, ever. The game is designed to have no winners, just willing slaves.

Good work, my friend, refer your followers to the sources of the way, like Carlos Castaneda, Lao Tzu, Sun Tzu, and Alan Watt’s ‘The Way of Zen’. None of this will happen by listening to anyone, only by waking up to truth. So maybe a touch of Jed McKenna mixed in with some Vipassana meditation.

Ultimately there is Nothing to do, nothing to manifest, nothing to achieve, we are ultimately human beings not human doings.

I can’t agree more that the holistic comprehension of all of your energy drains will be a key to understanding your potential. The daily actions we take should be self reflected upon deeply so we understand the triggers of what gives us energy and do more to put more of that in our lives.
I make notes everyday of what actions I took that day that gave me energy or drained my energy. The understanding of how my actions tie into my daily growth has been more beneficial than anything I have implemented in my life.

    your Meessag
    thank you jonathan.
i have been studying this concept for a little while and this is so true. we must look into ourselfs to be able to see ourselfs clearley.I am looking at decisions for personal successand by looking at the way i think has been eye opening. how you must stop blameing other people for your present situation. you must take responsibilty for your own situation and move forward in every area of you life. , thanks again jonathan.

  38. I came across the warrior stance when I first started reading the Carlos Castaneda series, 30 years ago. He mentioned stalking and dreaming as the two types of actions warriors did. Some were more inclined to stalking life and others were adept at dreaming it into reality..

What you say here has reminded me very much of that. Being aware of all aspects of ourselves is turned into taking total control of every thought and action we have.

This is taking total responsibility for everything we do.

I really appreciate where you are coming from. I am there now.

Hi Jonathan this is a phenomenal lesson that everyone should live by and begin implementing in their lives right away. It’s funny because only yesterday I wrote on my status that people must learn to respond rather than react and then I watch this, Which totally blew me away.

Thought and Emotions truly do govern our lives and until we have control over them only then can we manifest what we truly want. I must admit when I learned the lesson of responding rather than reacting I use to catch myself in the moment, take a deep breath and realise that it was minor and not worth spending any energy like you said.

It’s still something that I do work on consistently. I truly believe when a person becomes more aware of who they are and how to respond. Only then can they begin to make progress towards their desires. I could go on here Jonathan but I want you to know I truly do appreciate you and the content you deliver. You a true Warrior and an Inspiration, thank you.

  45. Jonathan,

All is well, while everything’s a mess! The most fascinating paradox of life I pondered earlier this week. I breathe, I exercise discipline, I find all is well, yet there is a massively destructive oil spill, bloodshed, and computer hacking going on right now! I own my reactions to any of these things, and those more personal {owing taxes, single motherhood, compromised bank information}. To cultivate my innermost awareness without expending unnecessary energy, I am able to manifest massive ‘feel good’ energy. As you demonstrated, by closing the eyes, I am reminded deeply how I feel, as a look inside myself. This inner-pause is so crucial for creating this presence.

Thank you for presenting this important foundational content. It’s heavy. I honor your amazing ability to articulate this with vibrant energy!

This is yet, the tip of the most critical awareness necessary as we continue to create a massive global community.

    All is well,

As a finite being we only have so much energy. Good thought! Don’t waste our precious energy on useless thoughts. Sometimes even if we are aware, sometimes we can’t control going off on a useless spiral. I have been working on this ever since I read A new Earth a year ago. When someone dies, it is normal to feel negative emotions. Society has made it so that mostly every person tries to stop themselves immediately when they feel the emotion that makes you cry. The next time you feel like you are going to start crying, NOTICE, just notice how you immediately try to stop it! CRAZY, so many people have agreed with me on this. The fact is that parents have had so much control over how we wind up “reacting as adults. This time you are spending on teaching awareness is right up my alley! Loving every word, soaking it up and agreeing we can better ourselves through this Warrior awareness. As for the food aspect, I just joined a food coop in Bay Ridge Brooklyn. They still need more people to join so they can open up but I am so with you on food effecting our mind as well as body. whole foods only–II notice wehn i get strict and ONLY eat whole foods, I feel emotionally better as well as physically…I am into running and yoga and anything fun. I think that physical activity, helps expel negative energy as well as build up our energy. RELATIONSHIPS– I believe that people that we bring into our lives are there to expose our weaknesses that we need to work on. wow, have an amazing evening Jonathan.

  49. Wow! That is some deep, deep content.

It actually made me think and start stalking myself today and recognize my very reactive nature. I immediately was able to identify all the irrational reactions that I took already today.

This video definitely requires me to go and reflect on all the activities that I do daily and determine which ones I need to keep and which ones I need to get rid of.

Thanks for the video Jonathan. It’s going to impact a lot of people!

I’ve been on a journey of personal reflection and awareness for a while now, but I let myself become distracted today by an overwhelmed schedule made worse by computer problems. You’re right, my frustrated reactions to these things, completely drained my energy.

Your video helped me to re-group, breathe, and choose to not let it control me. I’ll be making it a point to evaluate the activities and that energize me, and eliminating the ones that drain me.

Thanks so much for creating this video and helping me to put my mindset into a better place. All is good right now.
