I’m going to ask you a very different “Question” than anyone has probably ever asked you before in today’s video.
Yet here’s what the most amazing thing is about this question… if you “Understand” the question… that itself IS the answer. 
Strange right? You’ll see what I mean. Watch today’s teaching now…
I’m going to warn you though… you may feel very challenged by today’s video. The reason why is… I’m cutting through all of the BS and getting straight to the HEART of true freedom.
You know what that is? LETTING GO.
Yup. That’s what is at the very HEART of freedom. The ability to let go. yet so many of us are “Hanging On” for dear life to our old beliefs, our old habits, our old thoughts, & ways… and it’s simply time to LET GO.
There is no freedom without letting go. Even if it means we have to let go of the very beliefs that have IDENTIFIED us, and are the very beliefs we’ve clung to our whole lives that gave us a sense of “identity”. (this is the HARDEST thing for human beings to do. We’d often times rather have an “identity” then actually be free. It’s strange, but very true)
In any case… watch today’s video if you’re finally ready to break the spell of “beliefs”, and WAKE UP. Just know… you’ve been warned.

Very inspiring Johnathan. I must admit your lesson has injected some thoughts about life as a whole in general and inspired me further to help those who I personally know that are going through these “unrealistic” beliefs about themselves. What we don’t realise as human beings is that we try to complicate matters, and make them more difficult then what we think. I remember while completing my applied mathematics degree at University my professor once told me that ” The biggest creature of deception and failure is yourself. If you allow it to grow, it will consume you. Tame it and control it. If not, it will do otherwise.” These words tell us that if you are focusing on matters that you can’t control in your life at the moment then it will grow and manifest into things that you do not want in your life. In today’s world people are using video games, TV, iPod’s, iPhone’s, drugs, gambling and alcohol as an escape goat. Wake up…. and smell the fresh air because the only person that can help “You” is yourself. Focus on matters in your life that you can control now. Begin with the end in mind, what I mean by this is that set yourself achievable and realistic goals at what you want. Then go and get them, nothing is stopping you from getting what you want. Surround yourself with people who are successful and in turn you to will be successful. Just completed Morty Lefkoe’s belief elimination package, which sounds completely contradictory, but the entire process is based on re-evaluation of beliefs and seeing that they were never there to begin with – that they were just perceptions and had nothing to do with reality in the first place. Jonathan, I find the concept of overcoming any challenge or difficulty as being a gift to be right on. We all know this intuitively but most people never take the time to reason it out and actually become aware that in fact it is a gift.
Think of any challenge that you overcame in life, trivial or important, and the point of release, the time when you took a moment to appreciate the fact that the challenge was overcome, was an empowering moment.
Conversely challenges not overcome, (often because of fear of failure or some other mental barrier of our own construction) create a feeling of weakness and disappointment. If we let them stand unattained, we hurt ourselves. That’s why the human spirit is wanting to naturally move towards ever greater and fuller expression of what ever it is that drives us.
I’m heading to T. Harve Ecker’s Enlightened Warrior Camp in Malysia next month, where I expect this exact point to be a focus.

There are no true beliefs is a belief in itself. You have had many strong beliefs that got you to where you are today and I believe we need strong empowering beliefs to help reach our goals. I liked part one of this series where you talked about limiting beliefs being false, but I disagree with all of them are. At most they start off untrue but many become true espically if we believe strongly in them. We can’t discredit empowering beliefs as false that will weaken there effectiveness. Therefore it is vital we believe and believe strong in the things that move us forward.
Come to think more about it, I think a reason for my disagreement may be in our different views of the word “Truth” for you it may be “truth” has to last forever and it true for everybody, for me it is everybody has there own truths and they can change there mind at any time, and that doesn’t make the belief less true in the meantime. I think when discussing such a big issue we should always lay the foundation by saying exactly what we mean by these objective words such as “truth,” therefore we can all be on the same page.
Wow!! I have never thought about it that way? It makes sense that if you are trying to fix something that wasn’t really wrong in the first place then you are giving it more power.
We have a lot to learn from you man.

Jonathan, this was such a powerful message. I’ll be sharing this with several people. I am awakening to the realization that my challenges are gifts, and looking back on them I can see how they’ve changed me and helped me to grow…even when the outcome was not exactly what I had hoped, it was better than I had hoped, and I never would have gotten there had I not faced the challenge and taken it on.

I especially liked your comments about obstacles and challenges being gifts. When we can identify with the growth and disconnect from how difficult it can be, it can make things so much easier.

I especially loved what you said about obstacles being gifts. I totally agree. Anytime I have been about to start something new, the little bit of anxiety is actually…extra energy! If we can find and focus on the growth in challenges we can dis-identify with struggle and know that there is only growth and expansion…even if it doesn’t always feel great.

I agree with everything you said except this one thing. You said there was nothing you could do for anyone else except to perhaps point the way. It is my understanding now that YOUR being very present in the now has the effect of causing presence in others around you.
